Joseph Platt, PE, is Vice President and Department Manager of Traffic Engineering Services at TPD, with over 20 years of experience in transportation planning, roadway and traffic signal design, and infrastructure strategy. A licensed Professional Engineer in six states, Joseph leads multimodal and safety improvement projects across the East Coast and serves as Municipal Traffic Engineer for several Delaware Valley municipalities. He is also a respected leader in the civil engineering field through his roles with the American Society of Civil Engineers and local government service in Bethel Township.
